iCapture and Avid Media

I am managing the social media for a frozen yogurt shop and I have driven them some nice results. I managed to upsell them to a Mobile Marketing Campaign and one of the things they want is the ability to capture mobile phone numbers through an iPad.

So far I have found services like iCapture and Avid Media.

Anyone have some experience in that area?
