Outsourcing is perfectly fine if you need as much help as you can get to get some content up on your site or help with your site. I personally never try to outsource too much in a single week or month as too much could alienate your user-base. If you use a person to write an article often, it could hurt your image. Make it look like a guest blogger, but don't let the person post too much and too often.
