I advise you to monitor the site using this tool https://www.host-tracker.com/InstantCheck/Create/ You will collect statistics and find the cause of incorrect operation of your site. These can be internal settings, hosting or DDoS attacks.

We had 10.000 russian hackers a day. Had to upgrade everything to latest versions which took some time. But here we are. New server. New looks. More speed and NO hackers :-)
